DISPOSAL OF SHARES
Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on:
- 16 April 2024, relating to the proposed disposals by Lighthouse of up to 634 479 018 Hammerson plc
("Hammerson") shares in one or more tranches over the next 12 months ("Proposed Transaction"); and
- 14 May 2024, wherein shareholders were advised that the Proposed Transaction was approved by the requisite
majority of shareholders at the Lighthouse annual general meeting.
As set out in the circular issued in respect of the Proposed Transaction, to the extent that Hammerson shares are
disposed of and the 5% threshold is crossed, an announcement will be made on SENS. Accordingly shareholders
are advised that at 17 May 2024, Lighthouse had disposed of 168 240 252 shares in Hammerson on market for an
aggregate cash consideration equivalent to ZAR 1 102 761 434.
