In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, Vineyard wishes to advise
noteholders that Mr. Roger Pitt has stepped down as a member of the audit committee, effective 29
September 2023 due to Mr. Pitt immigrating.

Consequently, Ms. Rosalind Mary Friedericksen has been appointed as an audit committee member effective
29 September 2023.
