Amendment of Applicable Pricing Supplement – IVC255, ZAG000196700 (“the Notes”)

A manifest error has been identified and amended with effect from the Issue Date, 2 June
2023 in respect of the Notes. The amendment consists of the insertion of “Bankruptcy” as a
Credit Event, as the term was agreed upon with Noteholders on the trade date, but the term
was omitted in the Applicable Pricing Supplement issued in relation to the Notes.

An Amended and Restated Applicable Pricing Supplement that corrects the error has been
signed, filed with the JSE and published on the Issuer’s website.
