Notification of Tap Issuance for UBS Autocallable linked to the NKY, SX5E,
and SPX Indices (the "Notes") – Series 1.
Noteholders are advised that the JSE has granted UBS AG approval for a Tap
Issuance for UBS Autocallable Notes linked to the Nikkei 225 Index (NKY),
EURO STOXX 50 Index (SX5E), Standard and Poor's 500 Index (SPX) due 26 March
2029.
For the Autocallable Notes linked to the Nikkei 225 Index, the EURO STOXX 50
Index and the Standard and Poor's 500 Index, approval has been granted for
an additional issue of 30,000 units (“Tranche 2”) to be consolidated and
form a single series with the existing issue of 100,000 units (“Tranche 1”)
Autocallable Notes linked to the Nikkei 225 Index, the EURO STOXX 50 Index
and the Standard and Poor's 500 Index for Series 1.
This listing (Series 1) is issued under the Information Memorandum of UBS
AG.
