Shareholders are referred   to the cautionary announcement dated
5 August 2022 regarding     discussions relating to a potential
acquisition.

The Company hereby advises that the abovementioned negotiations have
been terminated and accordingly, caution is no longer required to be
exercised when dealing in the Company’s securities.
