NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE TO MANAGEMENT OF POLITICALLY EXPOSED PERSONS (“PEPS”) POLICY.

In accordance with paragraph 7.11 of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are
advised that the Bank amended its Management of Politically Exposed Persons (“PEPS”) policy in respect of
any transaction/dealing by the Bank with domestic prominent influential persons. The frequency of review
of the policy has been amended from 2 years to 3 years. However, the revised policy also allows for an earlier
review if required.


Noteholders are advised further that other amendments were made in respect of paragraphs 7.15 and 7.16
of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements in order to differentiate transactions done in the ordinary course of
business in the context of banking practice and principles.
