Amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements

The JSE intends to amend the JSE Listings Requirements (the “Requirements”) to expand the
current Section 19 (Specialist Securities) to include specific provisions dealing with the listing of
actively managed exchange traded funds.

The marked-up amendments along with an explanatory memorandum will be available on the JSE’s
website (Route: Companies & Issuer Regulation/Issuer Regulation – Announcements regarding
Listings Requirements).

We invite comments on the amendments to the Requirements by close of business, Monday, 2 May
2022, and comments can be sent directly to alwynf@jse.co.za.
