Death of a Director

It is with great sadness that the Bayport Securitisation (RF)
Ltd board of directors informs note holders, in accordance
with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements, of the
untimely passing on 25 February 2021 of Jack Trevena, the
Chairperson of the Bayport Securitisation (RF) Ltd board of
directors (the “Board”) and Audit Committee member.

On behalf of the Board we express our sincere condolences to
Mr Trevena’s family.

Mr Trevena joined the Board as an independent non-executive
director on 31 January 2013, and during his tenure brought
strong leadership and wise counsel to the Company.

Ms Rishendrie Thanthony will temporarily assume the role of
chairperson of the board of directors until a formal
appointment is made and the JSE will be advised of the new
appointment in due course.
