WITHDRAWAL OF ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS NUMBER 2 AND NUMBER 8 AT THE UPCOMING ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders of Quantum Foods (“Shareholders”) are referred to the notice of the Company’s annual general meeting
of Shareholders (“AGM”) dated Friday, 18 December 2020 (“Notice”) and are advised that, as a result of the passing of
Prof. Abdus Salam Mohammad Karaan, ordinary resolutions number 2 and number 8 regarding the re-election of
Prof. Karaan as a director and as a member of the audit and risk committee of the Company, respectively, have been
withdrawn and will not be proposed for consideration at the AGM to be held at 11:00 on Friday, 19 February 2021,
entirely by electronic means, as published on SENS on Friday, 5 February 2021.

For the avoidance of doubt, the proxy form attached to the Notice remains valid. Accordingly and notwithstanding the
withdrawal of ordinary resolutions number 2 and number 8, if a Shareholder has already submitted voting instructions
or a proxy form prior to the publication of this announcement, such voting instructions or proxy form will remain valid
unless the Shareholder submits new voting instructions or proxy form.
