Noteholders are advised that Liberty Group Limited is in the process of appointing a Debt Officer as
required by 7.3 (g) of the revised Debt Listing Requirements of the JSE.

The required board approval for this appointment is expected at the board meeting scheduled for the 18th
of November 2020. Liberty Group Limited will appoint a Debt Officer upon approval by no later than
30 November 2020.
