DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS

Debtholders are advised that Eskom’s 2020 annual financial results has been delayed due to COVID-
19 related challenges. The date of the release of the annual financial results will be communicated as
soon as this has been confirmed.

The Company however anticipates that the release of the annual financial results will be within the
required time periods as stipulated by the JSE.
