Noteholders are hereby advised that the company’s Audited Annual Financial Statements for the
year ended 31 December 2019 has been released. The annual financial statements of the issuer
have been audited by Ernst & Young Inc., who have issued an unqualified audit opinion. The
Annual Financial Statements can be viewed or downloaded on the administrator’s website at

In terms of section 7.6 (c) of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, investors are
advised that the issuer has reclassified the previous year’s financial statements. AB FINCO 1 has
changed the structure and wording of some disclosures when compared to the prior year, this
came as a result of using a different financial reporting package (Fast Financials). Management
has assessed these changes and confirmed that they do not constitute a material difference as
compared to the prior year.
