Noteholders are hereby advised that the Board of Directors of the Issuer has
appointed Ms Portia Derby as the Group Chief Executive of Transnet SOC Ltd
with effect from 01 February 2020.

Ms Portia Derby succeeds Mr Mohammed Mahomedy who was Acting Group Chief
Executive until 31st January 2020.

The Board welcomes her to her new role and looks forward to her contribution
to the Company.
