Please note, for the interest period from and including 18
April 2018 to, but excluding, 18 July 2018, the interest rates
and amounts for Amber House Fund 2 (RF) Limited Notes payable
on 18 October 2018 will be as follows:
• R1 228 500 000 Class A3 Secured Floating Rate Notes due
18 April 2045 (the Class A Notes) (ISIN No. ZAG000152620;

• R59 400 000 Class B3 Secured Floating Rate Notes due 18
April 2045 (the Class B Notes) (ISIN No. ZAG000152612;

• R62 100 000 Class C3 Secured Floating Rate Notes due 18
April 2045 (the Class C Notes) (ISIN No. ZAG000152604;

(Collectively, the Notes)
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with condition 8.3.of
the terms and conditions of the Notes, that the JIBAR rate for
the interest period (from and including 18 July 2018 to, but
excluding, 18 October 2018), based on JIBAR for 3-month Rand
deposits for the floating rate Notes, was fixed at 6.958% on
18 July 2018.
• Interest on the Class A3 Floating Rate Notes for the
interest period was set at 8.458% (senior) and 0.15%
(subordinated) – Total interest of R26 654 613.04.
• Interest on the Class B3 Floating Rate Notes for the
interest period was set at 8.458% (senior) and 0.15%
(subordinated) – Total interest of R1 288 794.48.
• Interest on the Class C3 Floating Rate Notes for the
interest period was set at 9.358% (senior) and 0.15%
(subordinated) – Total interest of R1 488 249.47.
