The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders of Orion Minerals NL (ASX/JSE: ORN) (Orion or
the Company) was held at 4:00 pm (AWST) on 29 November 2017 at RSM Australia Pty Ltd, Level 32,

The Company confirms that all resolutions put to shareholders at the AGM were carried on a show
of hands. In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2 and Section 251AA of the Corporations Act, the
following information is provided in relation to the resolutions considered by shareholders at the AGM.
