Revised dates for release of outstanding financial information and renewal of cautionary
announcement

Outstanding financial information

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released today regarding the reviewed consolidated
provisional results for the year ended 28 February 2015 and are advised of the following revised dates for
release of the following outstanding financial information:

-       the Annual Report containing the results for the 3 years to 28 February 2013, 28 February 2014
        and 28 February 2015 is now expected to be mailed to shareholders by 31 June 2016; and
-       the unaudited condensed consolidated interim results for the six months ended 31 August 2015
        including 31 August 2014 is now expected to be released on SENS by 31 June 2016.

Renewal of cautionary announcement

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 4 February 2016, 5 October 2015 and various
cautionary announcements over the last year.

Once the above outstanding information has been released to shareholders, Brikor will apply to the JSE to
have its listing reinstated.

Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution in trading the Company’s shares until a further
announcement is made.
