Subject to the completion of the scheme of arrangement, the proposed delisting of B&W
Instrumentation and Electrical (South Africa, constituent) and following notification from
the Stock Exchange, FTSE and the JSE announces the following changes:

 (J233)                                     Electrical will be deleted from the
                                            index.

                                            Ububele Holdings (South Africa,
                                            ZAE000144739, B030MP5) will
                                            be added to the index with a
                                            shares in issue figure of
                                            178,417,824 and an investability
                                            weighting of 50%.
