CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) and paragraph 3.59 (b) of the
JSE Limited (“JSE”) Listings Requirements, DigiCore hereby advises
shareholders of the following changes that are taking place to the
board of directors:
- Andreas (Ré) Voogt has tendered his resignation as Chief
Financial Officer with effect from 31 October 2013 to join his
family whom have immigrated to Australia.
The board wishes to thank Ré for his dedication over the last
year and regret that DigiCore and the country are losing such
a high calibre person to another country.
- Pieter Jacobus (Cobus) Grové, a qualified Chartered
Accountant(SA), will replace Ré as Chief Financial Officer
from 01 November 2013. Cobus was previously a lecturer at the
University of Johannesburg, held the position of Executive:
Finance at Innovation Group and is currently an Associate
Director at Ernst & Young.
- Stuart Aberdein has given notice that he will retire with
effect from 30 November 2013 as Executive Director. Stuart has
served the Group as executive director since before the
Groups’ listing on the JSE in 1998.
The board wishes to thank Stuart for his valued contribution
to the Group over many years.
- Advocate BS (Vusi) Khuzwayo has tendered his resignation as
non-executive director with immediate effect, due to the
previous BEE transaction coming to an end in July 2013.
The board wishes to thank Vusi for his contribution over the
last 7 years.
