RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                              
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 11 February   
2011, where it was announced that Brikor had entered into heads of agreements   
for the sale of Donkerhoek and Stanger Brick and Tile.                          
The parties have not concluded final agreements as yet and therefore            
shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in their   
Brikor shares until such time as detailed announcements, containing inter alia  
the full financial effects, are made.
