Subject to the completion of the scheme of arrangement between Vox Telecom      
(South Africa, constituent) and Lereko Metier Trustees (Proprietary) Limited    
(South Africa, non-constituent) and notification from the Stock Exchange, FTSE  
and the JSE announces the following changes:
