CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                               
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,       
Capital unitholders are advised that Mr Rowland Andrew Chute has been requested 
by the board of PFM to remain on as an independent non-executive director of    
PFM, with effect from 1 February 2006. Previously Mr Chute was a non-independent
non-executive director of PFM as he represented and was a director at Old Mutual
Properties.
