Please note, for the interest period from and including 23 February 2026 to, but excluding, 21 May 2026, the interest rates
for Amber House Fund 7 (RF) Limited Notes will be as follows:

   • R 971 627 377.00 Class A3 Secured Floating Rate Notes due 21 February 2056 (the Class A Notes)
     (ISIN No. ZAG000218314; JSE Bond Code AHF7A3);
   • R 58 500 000.00 Class B3 Secured Floating Rate Notes due 21 February 2056 (the Class B Notes)
     (ISIN No. ZAG000218298; JSE Bond Code AHF7B3);
   • R 46 800 000.00 Class C3 Secured Floating Rate Notes due 21 February 2056 (the Class C Notes)
     (ISIN No. ZAG000218322; JSE Bond Code AHF7C3); and
   • R 46 800 000.00 Class D3 Secured Floating Rate Notes due 21 February 2056 (the Class D Notes)
     (ISIN No. ZAG000218306; JSE Bond Code AHF7D3),

(collectively, the "Notes")

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with condition 8.3. of the terms and conditions of the Notes, that the JIBAR rate for the
interest period (from and including 23 February 2026 to, but excluding, 21 May 2026) based on JIBAR for 3-month Rand deposits
for the floating rate Notes, was fixed at 6.650% on 23 February 2026.

  •   Interest on the Class A3 Floating Rate Notes for the interest period was set at 8.150%;
  •   Interest on the Class B3 Floating Rate Notes for the interest period was set at 8.450%;
  •   Interest on the Class C3 Floating Rate Notes for the interest period was set at 8.650%; and
  •   Interest on the Class D3 Floating Rate Notes for the interest period was set at 10.650%.
