DISTRIBUTION OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Company's shareholders ("Shareholders") are hereby advised that the annual general meeting of Shareholders
("AGM"), will be held at 11h00 on Thursday, 26 March 2026, entirely through electronic means, as more fully set out in
the notice of AGM dated 30 January 2026 ("Notice of AGM").

The Notice of AGM, including the Company's summary audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year
ended 30 September 2025 and the proxy form for the AGM, will be distributed today, 30 January 2026 and is available
on the Company's website at https://quantumfoods.co.za/pdf/quantum-foods-notice-of-agm-2025.pdf.
