1. Introduction
This announcement is issued in compliance with the Debt & Special Securities Listing Requirements
("DSS Requirements") for information purposes, following the JSE approving the listing by introduction
of the participatory interests in the Oribi Global Growth Prescient Actively Managed Exchange Traded
Fund ("Oribi Global Growth Prescient AMETF").
The information set out below has been extracted from Prescient ETF Programme Memorandum ("the
Programme Memorandum") issued by the Manager on 26 May 2023 and updated on 30 October 2025
and the 20th Supplement ("the Supplement") issued on 30 October 2025 and relates to the listing by
introduction of Oribi Global Growth Prescient AMETF participatory interests in the "Actively Managed
ETF" sub-sector of the Exchange Traded Funds" sector on the Main Board of the JSE.
2. Structure
The Oribi Global Growth Prescient AMETF portfolio is managed by Prescient Management Company,
an approved Manager of Collective Investment Schemes and as such is governed in terms of CISCA.
The Manager has entered into an Investment Management Agreement with, Oribi Capital Partners (Pty)
Ltd ("Oribi"), in terms of which Oribi will manage the underlying portfolio and execute transactions to
reflect these changes on behalf of the Manager.
Standard Bank of South Africa Limited will act as the independent Trustee and will fulfil its duties as
specified in CISCA and the Regulations thereto.
3. Summary Of The Listing

3.3 Investment Policy:
The Oribi Global Growth Prescient AMETF is a global portfolio with the objective to deliver a compound
annual return in excess of CPI + 6%. The portfolio will apart from assets in liquid form, predominantly
invest in equities in large capitalisation companies listed on developed market stock exchanges.
The portfolio will, apart from assets in liquid form, predominantly invest in equities in large capitalisation
companies listed on developed stock exchanges.
The portfolio may also invest in participatory interests in portfolios of collective investment schemes,
registered in South Africa and other similar schemes operated in territories with a regulatory
environment which is to the satisfaction of the manager and trustee of a sufficient standard to provide
investor protection at least equivalent to that in South Africa and which is consistent with the portfolio's
primary objective.
The portfolio may from time to time invest in listed and unlisted financial instruments, in accordance
with the provisions of the Act, and the Regulations thereto, as amended from time to time, in order to
achieve the portfolio's investment objective. The manager may only include the following unlisted
financial instruments for efficient portfolio management purposes: forward currency, interest rate and
exchange rate swap transactions.
