APPOINTMENT OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR

Sentinel Finco noteholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News
Service on 17 May 2024, advising of the termination of Moore Inc., Johannesburg as its external auditor,
with effect from 6 June 2024.

Noteholders are further advised that the board of directors of Sentinel Finco, on recommendation by the
Audit Committee, approved the appointment of Moore Inc, Stellenbosch as its external auditor, with effect
from 6 June 2024.
