In terms of section 19.20(e) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited
("Listings Requirements"), confirmation is hereby provided to unit holders that
the information as set out in 19.20(a) to 19.20(d) of the Listings Requirements,
where applicable, is available on the Sygnia website for the AMETF referenced in
this announcement. The Company further wishes to advise that their audit reports
were unqualified and there were no restatements of the previous year's annual
financial statements.
