VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT: REDEMPTION AND ISSUE OF NOTES


Further to the voluntary announcement released on SENS on 13 December 2021 regarding the
inaugural issue of ZAR40,000,000 Unlisted Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes ("Floating Rate
Notes") to ABSA Alternative Asset Management Proprietary Limited ("AAM") under the US Plus
Limited ZAR1,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme ("Programme"), the board of
directors of UsPlus ("Board") is pleased to announce the redemption of the Floating Rate Notes on
13 December 2023, in the amount of ZAR40,000,000.

In addition, the Board is pleased to announce a new issue of a further ZAR40,000,000 Unlisted Senior
Secured Floating Rate Notes to AAM under the Programme, bringing the total Notes in issue to
ZAR100,000,000. These Floating Rate Notes, which will be issued on 13 December 2023, will mature
on 30 June 2024.
