Company, acquired 1,005 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each (“Shares”) at a price of
£0.2408 per Share; and (ii) on 9 October 2023 that Robert Noel, Non-Executive Director
and Chair of the Board, had acquired 33,912 Shares at a price of £0.2523 per Share, each
pursuant to a Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
