APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & DEBT OFFICER FOR BNPP PF SOUTH AFRICA

Noteholders are advised of the appointment of Tonia Pavlou as Chief Financial Officer and Debt Officer
with immediate effect. Tonia succeeds Balraj Dev, who repatriates back to the UK with BNP Paribas
Personal Finance after seven years at RCS.

Tonia re-joined RCS in January 2022 as Deputy CFO. Tonia is a qualified Chartered Accountant and
brings a wealth of experience and perspectives to the role. In addition to RCS, Tonia was Head of
Credit at Sygnia Asset Management and worked in Specialised Finance at Investec.

The Issuer wishes Tonia well in her new role and extends its thanks to Balraj Dev for his contribution
to the business during his time at RCS.
