EARLY REDEMPTION OF IVC217 NOTES (“IVC217 NOTES”)

Investec Bank Limited (“the Issuer”) has exercised its option to early redeem all of the
IVC217 Notes in terms of item 48 of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, pursuant to the
terms and conditions set out in the Issuer’s Credit-Linked Note Programme dated
17 March 2021, as follows:
