Preference Shares subscription update


In December 2020, Airports Company South Africa SOC Limited
(“ACSA”) notified its shareholders of its intention to raise
capital through issuance of preference shares.
In March 2021, the Government of the Republic of South Africa
subscribed for preference shares for an aggregate subscription
price of R2 324 750 000.
Noteholders are hereby advised that other shareholders elected
not to subscribe to the preference shares. As result, the process
of raising capital through issuance of preference shares to
shareholders has now been concluded.
