CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF FINTEGIC

Noteholders are advised by the board of Directors of Fintegic that Mr Steve Nel (“Mr Nel”) was appointed as a
Non-Executive Director of the Issuer and replaced Mr Baron Naude with effect from 27 January 2022. The
Issuer confirms that Mr Nel, who has expertise in corporate governance, was appointed to add to the skills set
of the board. Mr Baron Naude has been appointed as an alternate director to Ms Mandy Collis.

Mr Nel’s appointment on the relevant Board committees will be confirmed in due course.
