NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN AUDITOR
Noteholders are advised in terms of paragraph 6.28 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements that
Deloitte & Touche (“Deloitte”) have been appointed as the Company’s external auditors for the current
financial year ending 31 March 2022, with Lito Nunes as the designated audit partner, replacing SNG Grant
Thornton. The change in audit firm is effective 3 December 2021.
The change in auditor is as a result of a review process initiated by the Issuer’s Audit Committee.
The appointment of Deloitte will allow the Issuer to maintain a top-quality auditor while achieving its
objective of financing mortgage loans originated by Eskom Finance Company SOC Ltd.
