Shareholders are advised that Dr Xolile P Guma has resigned as an independent non-executive
director of the board after 8 years of service on the board. His resignation is with immediate
effect.

The Company thanks Dr Guma, for his dedication and support throughout his tenure on the
Vunani board. The board wishes him good health and all the best in his future endeavours
and retirement.
