CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – APPOINTMENT OF COO


Shareholders are advised that Mr. Jan Wandrag has resigned as executive director from the board of directors (the
"Board") with immediate effect, and as Chief Operating Officer ("COO") effective from 28 February 2021. The
Board thanks Jan for his valuable contribution as COO of the Company and wishes him every success in his
future endeavours.

The Board is pleased to advise that Ms. Nina Kretzmann has been appointed as an executive director from
5 February 2021, and shall fulfil the role of COO from 1 March 2021.

Nina has over 18 years' diverse experience in corporate law and corporate finance and is a Mauritian resident.
She is an admitted attorney and a member of the Law Society of South Africa and holds a B.A. (Law) LLB degree
from the University of Stellenbosch.

The Board welcomes Nina to her new role and looks forward to working with her.

Lighthouse has primary listings on both the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd ("SEM")
and the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Limited ("JSE").
