Notification of the appointment of the Debt Officer

Pursuant to paragraphs 6.39(a) and 7.3(g) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders
are hereby advised that Mr Louis-Bernard Sentis, in his capacity as the Chief Financial Officer of the
Company, has been appointed as the Debt Officer of the Company with effect from 1 November 2020.

The board of the Company has considered and is satisfied with the competence, qualifications and
experience of the Debt Officer.
