CHANGE OF AUDITED RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2019 TO UNAUDITED RESULTS

Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SEM and SENS on 14 February 2020
and are advised that the results announcement for the year ended 28 February 2019 is amended
to unaudited as the audit opinion had not been issued, pending payment of the auditor and
provision of other information, including the Chairman’s report and shareholder analysis. The
Company apologises unreservedly for this error and will confirm when the audit opinion has been
issued. The board does not expect that the numbers as published will change.

Shareholders are further advised that the Company is going through a process of regularisation,
new board and management company appointments have been made in May 2020, a due
diligence and investigation of processes and procedures is underway, agreements are being
reviewed and the financial controls and reporting will be improved. The Company will also be
appointing a new financial director as soon as possible.

Furthermore, the Company will be calling Annual General Meetings to approve the outstanding
Annual Financial Statements and bring this compliance up to date. The Company has advised SEM
of its regularisation efforts and keeps SEM briefed on developments.

A further announcement will be made in due course.

Go Life has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the AltX of
the JSE
