MTNZF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”) NOTICE EXTENSION

MTNZF shareholders were advised of the release of the MTNZF annual financial statements for the
financial year ended 31 December 2019 on 31 March 2020. MTNZF had intended to issue its AGM
notice by 30 April 2020 and hold its AGM during May 2020. However, given the impact which Covid-
19 has had on the market, rendering otherwise routine engagements impractical due to social
distancing requirements especially for companies such as MTNZF whose memorandum of
incorporation does not allow for AGMs to be held on an electronic basis only, MTNZF has deemed it
prudent to postpone the release of its AGM notice pending greater certainty on the impact of the
pandemic including restrictions on gatherings, venue availabilities etc. and undertakes to
communicate the AGM notice to shareholders by 30 June 2020.

Following from the above, the AGM will be postponed to a more suitable date expected to be in the
third quarter of 2020.
