to all the Notes outstanding under The Thekwini Warehousing
Conduit (RF) Limited Programme on Thursday, 2nd April.

The Global Scale Rating for all the Notes was downgraded from
P-3 (sf) to Not Prime (sf). The National Scale Rating was
affirmed at P-1.za (sf) for all the notes.
