Further to the SENS announcement released by the Issuer on 28 October 2019, regarding the
acquisition of the Edcon Limited Store Card Portfolio (“the Transaction”), BNPP PF South Africa is
pleased to announce that the Transaction has been concluded with an effective date of 1 February
2020.
