APPOINTMENT OF AUDITORS NOTIFICATION

Further to the announcement released by the Issuer on SENS on 2 September 2019, bondholders are
advised that that PricewaterhouseCoopers Incorporated have been appointed as the Issuer’s
external auditors, with Mr Francois Kruger as the designated individual, effective 27 March 2019
after approval from the Prudential Authority in respect hereof was received on 23 October 2019.
