REDEMPTION OF AMB253FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT

In terms of paragraphs 24(b) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, the Anniversary Index Level on 23 November 2019
was greater than the Anniversary Autocall Level, triggering an Autocall Event resulting in an automatic Early Redemption
and termination. Accordingly, the AMB234 note will be suspended from trading effective 27 November 2019 and redeem
and automatically terminate with effect from 03 December 2019.
