AVAILABILITY OF ABRIDGED AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE PERIOD FROM 2 FEBRUARY 2016 (DATE OF INCORPORATION) 
TO 31 MARCH 2017


The Board of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of Mainland and the general public that the abridged
audited financial statements of the Company for the period from 2 February 2016 (date of incorporation) to
31 March 2017 have been published and can be viewed on the Company’s website (www.mainlandrealestate.mu).

Copies of the abridged audited financial statements for the period from 2 February 2016 (date of incorporation) 
to 31 March 2017 are available free of charge, upon request at the registered office of the Company at c/o
Intercontinental Fund Services Limited, Level 5, Alexander House, 35 Cybercity, Ebene 72201, Mauritius.

Mainland has its primary listing on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and a secondary
listing on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited.
