Following the above issuance, the total preference shares in issue are as follows:

- Class B Preference Shares: An aggregate nominal amount of R89 358 200.00 (comprising R6 868 000.00
issued in terms of Series 1; R46 156 000.00 issued in terms of Series 2, R36 324 200.00 issued in terms
of Series 3, and R10 000 in terms of Series 4).
