DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of PrefTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 31 March 2016. The distribution of 24.42338 cents per PrefTrax Security will be comprised as
follows:

 Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                          22.17363 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                        3.32604 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                18.84759 cents

 Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                         1.90979 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                        0.28647 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                 1.62332 cents

 Interest                                                                               0.33996 cents




The distribution will be made to all holders of PrefTrax securities who were recorded in the register on
08 April 2016 and will be paid on 20 April 2016.
