DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS UNDER THE TERMS OF THE JSE’s
LONG TERM INCENTIVE SCHEME 2010 (“LTIS 2010”)
In accordance with the terms of LTIS 2010, the Allocation 1
(Tranche 1) share awards granted in May 2010 have vested in the
hands of JSE senior staff, including executive directors and the
Company Secretary (the “Participants”).
On instruction of the Participants below, the JSE LTIS 2010 Trust
has sold 19 159 of these vested Allocation 1 (Tranche 1) shares in
the open market at the best available price:
