In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE    
Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mr. Russell Turner has been       
appointed as Company Secretary with immediate effect.                           
The appointment of Mr. Turner will allow Mr. Warwick van Breda, who previously  
fulfilled the role of Company Secretary, to focus his efforts as Commercial     
Director of the Company.
