audited financial statements for the year ended 31 May 2006, was dispatched     
today, and contains no changes to the audited results which were announced on   
SENS on Wednesday, 30 August 2006.                                              
The annual report contains a notice of Annual General Meeting for OneLogix,     
which will be held at 46 Tulbagh Road, Pomona, Kempton Park, Gauteng, at 10h00  
on Wednesday, 31 January 2007.
