NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE AUDIT FIRM

In accordance with paragraph 6.17 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
Vineyard hereby notifies noteholders that, PricewaterhouseCoopers Incorporated ("PwC") has resigned as the
audit firm to the Issuer, effective 27 November 2024.

The reason for the resignation is due to the Issuer's management deciding to embark on a rotation process.

Consequently, the Issuer further notifies noteholders that Ernst & Young ("EY") has been appointed as the new
audit firm of Vineyard, effective 27 November 2024.
