UPDATE ON URGENT LIQUIDATION APPLICATION


Further to the announcement released on SENS on 21 October 2022 wherein shareholders were
advised that an ordinary shareholder of the Company had filed an urgent liquidation application
against Afristrat (“the Application”) and that the Application was opposed by the Company’s
attorneys, shareholders are hereby advised that the Application has been set down for hearing
in the North Gauteng High Court, Pretoria on 8 and 9 June 2023.

Shareholders will be provided with further updates when available.
